The service and model
SelfScene offers two independent tools for lawful creative work. Image to Video turns 1–4 photos and a written description into a new, short video using MiniMax H3 reference-to-video through fal.ai; it accepts photos and text only. Video to Prompt accepts one short clip, which Google Gemini analyses into a text description; the clip is deleted afterwards and is never edited or used to generate video. Neither tool swaps faces or replaces people in existing videos. Generated video is a new AI creation, may differ from the photos and is not a factual recording. Published example videos are disclosed as AI-generated.
Prices and delivery
Starter Pack: US$9.90 for 400 credits, valid for 365 days. Creator Pack: US$19.90 for 1000 credits, valid for 365 days. Pro Pack: US$49.90 for 2800 credits, valid for 365 days. One-time purchases only; no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Credits are non-transferable service units, not money or a withdrawable balance. Credit packs are delivered digitally to the buyer's signed-in account after verified payment. Each generation requires sufficient credits and an exact quote accepted before submission. Video delivery requires generation and safety review to succeed. New completed videos are saved privately to your signed-in account for 3 days from completion; download them before expiry. Download access ends at expiry and automatic file deletion is queued. Existing videos keep the expiry shown in their library. No physical goods are shipped. Checkout is currently disabled; this page does not accept an order or payment.
Payment processing
Waffo Pancake is the intended merchant-of-record provider for future checkout. A submitted application, test integration or published price does not mean Waffo has approved this store. When checkout is available, the final total, applicable taxes, payment provider and terms will be displayed before the buyer confirms payment. We do not collect or store full payment-card details.
Refunds and cancellation
Within 14 calendar days of purchase, email support@selfscene.ai with your order ID to request a refund. A completely unused pack is eligible for a full refund; a partially used pack is eligible for a proportional refund of its unused purchased credits, calculated from the amount paid for that pack. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and the refunded credits are removed. We do not deduct payment-processing fees from an approved consumer refund. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective or undelivered services, are not limited by this policy. Failed, blocked, canceled or timed-out generation releases the task's reserved credits; this is not itself a cash refund. One-time packs have no recurring billing to cancel. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic top-ups at launch. Contact us before deleting your account if you have an unresolved refund request.
Your account
You must be an adult and provide accurate account information. Keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize.
Your inputs and outputs
You may upload images of animals, objects, scenery or original illustrations that you own or have permission to use. If people are shown, only use adults who explicitly authorized this use, including yourself. You must also hold the rights to the images. Another person’s publicly available photo is not permission. Our Content and likeness policy applies to every input and result. Permission does not allow impersonating another person, presenting a result as real footage, fabricated statements or endorsements, undressing or intimate scenes. Generated results may be inaccurate or resemble existing work; check them and label them as AI-generated before publishing. We do not promise exclusivity or a particular result.
Credits and availability
Credits are quoted before submission and reserved while a task runs. Successful checked output uses the reservation. Failed or blocked tasks release it. Model availability and limits can change; an unavailable model is not silently replaced.
Abuse and suspension
We may stop generation or suspend accounts for policy violations, payment disputes or security concerns. You can report a concern through the site’s report form.
Content rights and limited processing permission
You retain whatever rights you hold in your inputs. You authorize us and the disclosed service providers to process them only to operate, secure and support the service. We do not grant rights to third-party faces, voices, trademarks, characters or other protected work. We do not promise that any output is copyrightable, exclusive, legally cleared or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Model output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or interrupted; no particular creative result or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. You must review outputs and hold the necessary rights before publication. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We remain responsible for remedies for defective or undelivered services as required by applicable law.
Support, complaints and changes
Send service, billing, privacy or content complaints to support@selfscene.ai with the relevant order or task ID, but no passwords or payment-card data. We investigate concerns and provide an appeal route for moderation decisions. Material terms changes will be dated and presented before accepting a new transaction or required consent. The operator is established in China; mandatory protections applicable to a consumer in their place of residence are not waived.
